The Labour Research & Development Institute (LRDI) is a non-profit organization established in 2015 under the umbrella of the Pakistan United Workers Federation (PUWF). LRDI works to promote labour rights, social justice, and equitable development through research, advocacy, education, and capacity-building initiatives. The organization supports workers in both the formal and informal sectors by strengthening their knowledge, improving access to rights, and advocating for decent work and social protection.

LRDI operates throughout Pakistan, with activities currently implemented in Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT).
